Description

Kluber PARALIQ GTE 703 is a unique grease, precisely formulated on the basis of silicone oil and PTFE, specially adapted for use in the food, pharmaceutical and other sectors where contact of the grease with products and packaging is technically unavoidable .

Properties:

Well compatible with EPDM seals and does not negatively affect beer foam.
Exhibits high resistance to various media, such as disinfectants, cleaning agents, water and steam.
It is NSF H1 registered and complies with FDA CFR 21 § 178.3570, which contributes to higher reliability and safety of the production process.

Application:

Ideal for lubricating seals and low-load rolling bearings, reducing the need for multiple different greases.
Recommended in devices dispensing food liquids, as well as in the fittings of packaging filling machines.
Can be used in the beverage, pharmaceutical and other low-load bearing applications.

How to use:

The grease can be applied using a putty knife, a grease gun or directly from the tube.
When lubricating under pressure, it is recommended to use appropriate equipment, such as safety glasses.
It is recommended that additional risk analysis, such as HACCP, be performed before using the product.
