Description

Klübersynth UH1 64-62 is a specialized lubricant designed for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries, where there is a risk of accidental contact of the lubricant with food or pharmaceutical products. It contains a synthetic base oil and a special silicate thickener, which provides the product with unique properties and extends the intervals between subsequent applications of the lubricant.

Properties:

Excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, both low and high.
Resistance to water, corrosion, aging and oxidation.
It is ISO 214669 certified, which confirms its compliance with hygienic requirements in production.

Application:

Ideal for use in the food, pharmaceutical and animal feed industries.
Provides lubrication for points in machines and installations where there is a risk of contact of the lubricant with food products.
It increases the reliability of production processes, thanks to which it can contribute to a higher quality of the final product.

How to use:

Application can be carried out using various methods, such as lubricators, brushes or paddles.
Before the first use of Klübersynth UH1 64-62, it is recommended to thoroughly clean the bearings of any remaining greases.
If you replace another grease with Klübersynth UH1 64-62, it is worth making sure that both greases are compatible with each other.
