Description

Klubersynth UH1 14-1600 is a unique grease designed for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries. This product, thanks to its unique properties, guarantees optimal performance and protection of machine components.

Properties:

The grease has a soft consistency, which facilitates its application and ensures effective delivery to friction points.
A special thickener in the grease increases the life of structural elements by ensuring good adhesion and protection against corrosion.
The product is certified according to the ISO 21469 standard, which confirms its ability to meet high hygiene standards in production plants.

Application:

The grease is NSF H1 registered, which allows it to be used in places where accidental contact with food products may occur.
It is suitable for use in gear and worm gears and chains, mainly where better results can be obtained with a softer lubricant.

How to use:

Klübersynth UH1 14-1600 can be applied using various tools, such as brushes, spatulas or grease guns.
Before applying new grease, places requiring lubrication should be thoroughly cleaned of previously used agents.
In the case of gears, the old grease should be removed as much as possible before applying the new one.
