Description

Klubersynth UH1 64-2403 is a specialized grease that has been especially developed for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The product is exceptionally resistant to hot and cold water and steam, which contributes to extending the intervals between inspections and maintenance of devices. The grease is approved and certified to various international standards including ISO 21469, NSF H1 and is Halal certified. It is particularly recommended for use in places where there may be accidental contact with food or pharmaceutical products and packaging materials, thus contributing to increasing the reliability of production processes.

Properties:

The grease has very good resistance to hot and cold water and steam, which translates into less need for frequent maintenance of the devices.
It is certified according to international standards such as ISO 21469, NSF H1, as well as the Halal certificate.
Designed for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries where accidental contact of grease with products or packaging may occur.

Application:

Food and pharmaceutical industry - ideal for use in industries where high hygiene standards are required.
Elastomers - usually compatible with most types of elastomers, recommended for use with EPDM gaskets.
Various applications - can be used in filters, lubrication boxes, rubber diaphragms and seals.

How to use:

The grease can be applied using a brush, putty knife or grease gun, and can also be squeezed directly from the tube.
Additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP, is recommended to ensure that the lubricant is suitable for the specific application and elastomer type.
