Description

Klubersynth UH1 14-222 is a highly specialized lubricant, designed with optimization for the food and pharmaceutical industries, offering advanced properties that help increase the efficiency and reliability of production processes.

Properties:

The lubricant has excellent adhesion and a special consistency that provides better protection of the surfaces of machines and devices.
It is ISO 21469 certified, guaranteeing compliance with hygienic requirements in production processes.
NSF H1 registered, making it compliant with FDA regulations 21 CFR § 178.3570.

Application:

Designed mainly for the food and pharmaceutical industries, where accidental contact of the grease with products or their packaging may occur.
Universal in use, suitable for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings, lifting cylinders, joints and other machine elements.

How to use:

Klübersynth UH1 14-222 can be applied using various methods, such as brushes, spatulas or grease guns.
Before applying new grease, it is recommended to thoroughly clean machines and elements of any residues of previously used lubricants.
If it is not possible to thoroughly clean the machines, new grease can be applied to the old one, but the full lubricating effects will take some time to be achieved.
