Application
Loctite 4204 has high thermal resistance and impact resistance. The product has been reinforced with elastomers, which improve its flexibility and resistance to high temperatures. The product is resistant to thermal aging at temperatures not exceeding +121°C for more than 2000 hours.
Preparation of the substrates for bonding
Surfaces that will be connected should be cleaned and degreased beforehand. For this application, we recommend Loctite 7063. When combining low surface energy substrates, Loctite Primer SF 770 should be used. If necessary, you can use Loctite Activator, however, it should not be applied to surfaces previously covered with Loctite Primer.
