Sika PowerCure 600 is a professional cordless dispensing gun designed for the application of compatible Sika adhesives supplied in PowerCure Pack 600 ml packaging. The system enables controlled manual application of accelerated Sika adhesive systems including Sikaflex®-268 PowerCure 600 ml.
IMPORTANT — professional application
The Sika® PowerCure Dispenser is intended for use with compatible products recommended by Sika and in accordance with the product data sheet of the adhesive being applied. The manufacturer specifies the dispenser for experienced professional users.
Controlled and convenient dispensing
The dispenser is powered by an 18 V 3.0 Ah Li-Ion battery so it can be operated without a mains connection or pneumatic installation. Dispensing speed is controlled by the trigger and reaches a maximum of 6 ml/s depending on the adhesive and temperature.
The system is designed to reduce material flow after the trigger is released which helps improve application control and reduce unnecessary adhesive loss.

Applications
Sika PowerCure Dispenser is designed for the manual application of compatible accelerated Sika adhesive systems used in industrial production transportation direct glazing and other professional applications specified for the adhesive being applied.
For Sikaflex®-268 the appropriate Sikaflex®-268 PowerCure 600 ml version must be used. A standard 600 ml sausage or unipack is not the same packaging system.
