Sikaflex-221 white 300ml
Sikaflex-221 is a white, versatile, single-component polyurethane adhesive and sealant with a wide range of adhesion. The product is intended for elastic sealing and bonding, providing durability and resistance to ageing. Thanks to its versatility, it can be used in many industrial and home applications.

- Excellent adhesion to various substrates, such as metals, paint coatings, ceramics and plastics.
- Resistance to aging processes, fresh and sea water and diluted acids and bases.
- Can be painted and sandblasted after curing.
- Low odor and no corrosion.
- Meets the requirements of EN45545-2 R1/R7 HL3 (for railway applications).
- Resistance to high temperatures (up to 140°C for a short time).
Application range
- Flexible sealing and simple bonding applications in the automotive, construction and marine.
- Bonding of metals, metal primers, paint coatings, ceramics and plastics.
- Ideal for internal sealing, including environments exposed to vibration and stress.
- Not recommended for use on substrates susceptible to stress cracking without prior testing.
Instructions for use
- Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, oil and dust.
- Optimum application temperature is 15–25°C.
- The product can be applied using a manual, pneumatic or electric gun.
- Smoothing must occur before the skinning time (60 minutes at 23°C and 50% humidity) has elapsed.
- Uncured adhesive can be removed with Sika Remover-208, but only mechanically cured.

Recommendations for storage
