Sikaflex®-221 black 300 ml is a one-component, non-sag polyurethane sealant engineered for durable, elastic bonding of metals, coatings, ceramics and plastics. It cures by ambient moisture and meets EN45545-2 for rail applications.

Storage Recommendations
Store in a cool, dry place at +5 °C to +25 °C, protected from UV and frost. Keep container tightly closed.
Instructions for Use
- Clean, degrease and dry all surfaces.
- Shake cartridge before use and load into caulking gun.
- Apply at +5 °C–+40 °C; ideal +15–25 °C.
- Assemble parts within open time (45 min).
- Smooth joint before skin-over time (60 min) with Sika® Tooling Agent N.
- Remove uncured sealant with Sika® Remover-208; cured material mechanically.
- Clean tools and skin with Sika® Cleaner-350H and water.
