Description
Sikaflex-252 black 600 ml is a one-component, non-sag polyurethane adhesive-sealant designed for installation and sealing of large components in commercial vehicles. It cures by ambient moisture, fills gaps efficiently and dampens vibration.

Instructions for Use
- Prepare substrates – clean, degrease and dry all surfaces.
- Shake cartridge before use and fit into a caulking gun.
- Apply at 10 – 35 °C; optimal at 15 – 25 °C.
- Apply triangular bead for uniform seal thickness.
- Join parts within open time (35 min).
- Smooth joint before skin-over time (40 min) using Sika® Tooling Agent N.
- Remove uncured material with Sika Remover-208; cured sealant must be removed mechanically.
- Clean tools and skin with Sika Cleaner-350H and water immediately after use.
Storage Recommendations
Store in a cool, dry place at +5 °C to +25 °C, away from direct sunlight and frost. Keep container tightly closed in its original packaging.
