Description
Sikaflex-252 black 300 ml is a one-component, non-flowing polyurethane sealant-adhesive designed for the assembly and sealing of large parts in commercial vehicles. It cures with air moisture, fills joints perfectly and dampens vibrations.

Storage recommendations
Store in a dry place at +5 °C to +25 °C, protected from direct sunlight and frost. Keep in original, closed packaging.
Instructions for use
- Clean, degrease and dry surfaces.
- Shake the cartridge thoroughly before use and insert into the application gun.
- Apply at 10–35 °C; ideally 15–25 °C.
- Form the sealant in a triangle shape for even thickness.
- Join parts within 35 min open time.
- Smooth the surface within 40 min, e.g. with Sika Tooling Agent N.
- Remove unprocessed material with Sika Remover-208; cured mechanically.
- After completion, clean tools and hands with Sika Cleaner-350H and water.
