Teroson EP 5010 TR – epoxy repair mass 200 ml

Teroson EP 5010 TR is a high-quality, two-component repair mass based on epoxy resins, intended for precise repair and reconstruction of metal surfaces. It is an excellent alternative to traditional tin soldering, combining durability, corrosion resistance and ease of mechanical processing.

Application Method

  1. Clean the surface of oil, grease, dust and dirt.
  2. Remove layers of old paint or fillers down to bare metal.
  3. Prepare the surface by sanding and dusting.
  4. Mix the resin with the hardener (2:1 ratio) until a uniform color is obtained.
  5. Apply the material to the repaired surface, filling the gaps (layer thickness: 3-5 mm).
  6. Smooth the material with a putty knife, giving it the desired shape.
  7. Leave to cure at room temperature (24 hours) or accelerate the process at 60°C (1 hour).

Storage recommendations

  • Store in the original, tightly closed packaging.
  • Optimal storage temperature: 15°C - 35°C.
  • Protect from moisture and heat sources.
  • Do not return the used material to the original packaging.
