WEICON Zinc-Galva Spray 400 ml, hot-dip zinc shade, fast-drying anti-corrosion spray for zinc and steel repair
Description
WEICON Zinc-Galva Spray 400 ml is a fast-drying protective coating in a hot-dip-galvanised shade, designed for durable corrosion protection of metal parts. The blend of zinc and aluminium pigments provides effective anti-corrosion performance and excellent adhesion on steel and zinc – for service and production, indoors and outdoors.
Benefits and key features
- Colour tone close to hot-dip galvanising – neat repair of zinc coatings
- Fast drying and high adhesion to metals
- Resistant to weathering, fresh and salt water
- Can act as a conductive layer for spot welding
- Service use after welding, drilling and cutting
Properties and applications
- Zinc repair: colour matching and corrosion protection after machining.
- Anti-corrosion primer: effective base for subsequent topcoats.
- Outdoor duty: resistance to salt-spray and atmospheric exposure.
- MRO and production: railings, frames, body panels, HVAC installs.
- Metalworking: coating sections after welding and drilling; conductive for spot welding.
