Description

WEICON Zinc-Galva Spray 400 ml is a fast-drying protective coating in a hot-dip-galvanised shade, designed for durable corrosion protection of metal parts. The blend of zinc and aluminium pigments provides effective anti-corrosion performance and excellent adhesion on steel and zinc – for service and production, indoors and outdoors.

Benefits and key features

  • Colour tone close to hot-dip galvanising – neat repair of zinc coatings
  • Fast drying and high adhesion to metals
  • Resistant to weathering, fresh and salt water
  • Can act as a conductive layer for spot welding
  • Service use after welding, drilling and cutting

Properties and applications

  • Zinc repair: colour matching and corrosion protection after machining.
  • Anti-corrosion primer: effective base for subsequent topcoats.
  • Outdoor duty: resistance to salt-spray and atmospheric exposure.
  • MRO and production: railings, frames, body panels, HVAC installs.
  • Metalworking: coating sections after welding and drilling; conductive for spot welding.
