Description
Weldyx Master 10 white is a high-performance two-component adhesive, created for structural connections of metals, composite materials and plastics. It allows you to create strong, flexible and durable structural connections. Thanks to its flexibility, it is ideal for gluing materials with different thermal expansion coefficients. This adhesive is characterized by low shrinkage and is available in versions with different reaction times, allowing the user to achieve accurate connections in a timely manner. It does not require the use of a primer, which speeds up the gluing process and saves time and costs.
Properties:
- Perfect for body construction, production and repairs.
- Ideal for gluing materials with different thermal expansion coefficients.
- Fire protection approval of HL 3, making it suitable for use on rail vehicles with a high fire risk.
- The adhesive has low shrinkage.
- The adhesive has above-average elongation parameters (about 100%).
- Provides excellent resistance to high temperatures and many chemicals.
- Exhibits high resistance to dynamic shocks and vibrations.
