Opis produktu
AG Extreme 100 g – 6 W/mK thermal paste for electronics and heat sinks
AG Extreme 100 g by TermoPasty is a professional thermal paste designed to improve heat transfer between a heat-generating component and a heat sink or another part of the cooling system. Its thermal conductivity of 6 W/mK makes it suitable for use with CPU and GPU processors, LED diodes and industrial equipment requiring efficient heat dissipation.
AG Extreme fills microscopic irregularities between contacting surfaces, reducing thermal resistance at the interface between the component and the heat sink. The paste has dielectric properties and therefore does not conduct electricity. The ART.AGT-247 variant is supplied in a 100 g plastic container and is intended primarily for professional applications requiring larger quantities of thermal compound.
Applications of AG Extreme thermal paste
The manufacturer recommends AG Extreme for computer cooling systems and industrial equipment, including CPU and GPU processors, LED diodes, vacuum solar collectors and other components requiring efficient heat dissipation.
The paste is compatible with materials including aluminium, copper and ceramics. It can be used in thermal interfaces between a heat-generating component and a heat sink where both efficient heat transfer and electrical insulation are required.
What distinguishes AG Extreme 100 g
Thermal conductivity of 6 W/mK supports efficient transfer of heat energy to the cooling element. Thermal impedance below 0.004°C in²/W helps reduce the thermal resistance of the intermediate layer, while the non-flowing consistency helps keep the paste in the application area.
AG Extreme maintains its properties within a continuous operating temperature range of -50°C to +250°C, with short-term temperature resistance from -40°C to +340°C. The formulation has dielectric properties and complies with the RoHS Directive.
When to choose AG Extreme 100 g
The 100 g package is intended primarily for regular assembly and servicing work where thermal paste is consumed in larger quantities than in occasional single-component applications. It is a practical option for professional electronics service operations, manufacturing and maintenance of equipment using heat sinks and heat-generating components.
If the paste is required only for a single processor or an occasional repair, a smaller AG Extreme syringe may be more practical. The 100 g version is better suited to professional environments where the material is used regularly.
How to use AG Extreme 100 g
The surfaces should be clean and dry before application. For the 100 g package the manufacturer recommends thoroughly mixing the paste for approximately 1–2 minutes with a clean tool before use, including material from the bottom of the container. This restores a uniform consistency.
Apply a small amount of paste to the component surface and spread it evenly in a thin layer over the entire contact area. Then install the heat sink and ensure proper contact pressure.

FAQ
Is AG Extreme 100 g suitable for professional and repeated use?
Yes. The 100 g package is primarily intended for applications where thermal paste is used regularly. The manufacturer specifies AG Extreme for professional use only.
Does AG Extreme 100 g need to be mixed before use?
Yes. For 100 g and 1 kg packages the manufacturer recommends thoroughly mixing the paste with a clean tool for approximately 1–2 minutes before application, including material from the bottom of the container.
Can AG Extreme be used with aluminium and copper?
Yes. The manufacturer specifies compatibility with aluminium, copper and ceramics.
Does AG Extreme conduct electricity?
The paste has dielectric properties and is therefore suitable for applications requiring both heat transfer and electrical insulation.
Is the 100 g version a good choice for a single CPU service?
It can be used technically, but a smaller AG Extreme syringe may be more practical for a single application. The 100 g package is primarily intended for regular professional use.
Is AG Extreme 100 g subject to ADR transport regulations?
No. The current manufacturer safety data sheet states that the product is not subject to dangerous goods transport regulations.
