Synthetic compressor and vacuum pump oil ANDEROL C-NRT 100 ISO VG 100, chemically resistant to aggressive gases, 20 l
Description
ANDEROL C-NRT 100 20 l is a synthetic compressor oil (ISO VG 100) also intended for vacuum pump applications, designed for operation where contact with aggressive gases and reactive chemistries cannot be avoided. Its formulation is engineered to deliver long-term lubrication and high resistance to breakdown where typical mineral oils and other base stocks fail. The product supports stable system performance, helps reduce deposits, and can contribute to extended maintenance intervals.
Advantages and unique features
- Chemically inert to acidic gases.
- No metal additives – reduced risk of interfering with catalytic processes.
- Helps extend service intervals and lower oil consumption.
- Helps reduce fire and explosion hazard compared with less chemically stable oils.
- Very good water separation and reduction of lacquering/deposits.
- Potentially reduced energy consumption thanks to stable operating properties.
Properties and applications
- Application: recommended for centrifugal and screw compressors and for vacuum pump applications.
- Gases: intended for use with, among others: air, nitrogen, helium, hydrogen, methane, propane, natural gas, biogas, ethylene, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide (dry), furnace (crack) gas, synthesis gas, hydrogen sulfide (dry), sulfur hexafluoride, fluoride gases.
- Temperature stability: nominal operating range from -40°C to 170°C.
- System cleanliness: detergent properties help prevent lacquering and deposits.
- Compatibility: synthetic hydrocarbon-based oil – compatibility with typical paints, seals, gaskets and hoses is similar to mineral oils (no special precautions required when changing from a mineral oil).
