Easy Print soldering paste 1.4 ml in a syringe based on solvent and resin, good adhesion
Description
Easy Print Sn62 Pb36 Ag2 solder paste is an advanced product that provides unparalleled results in the soldering process, especially in SMD surface mount applications. It is characterized by excellent adhesion to elements, and its properties allow for quick and precise printing of templates. It is distinguished by resistance to the phenomenon of peening (mid chip solderballing), and its high quality allows for easy use, extended shelf life.
Properties:
- Solder paste is optimized for use in SMD technique, offering precision and efficiency.
- Provides resistance to shot peening, which is crucial for maintaining high quality and reliability of solder joints.
- Keeps good adhesion to components for up to 24 hours after application, which enables long-term and effective soldering.
- The paste retains its contours for up to 8 hours of continuous printing, which ensures its extended shelf life.
- Easy Print paste leaves minimal, colorless, non-corrosive soldering residues (no clean), which facilitates post-soldering work and reduces the need for cleaning.
- Easy Print Sn62 Pb36 Ag2 paste enables printing with a squeegee speed of up to 150 mm/s, which significantly speeds up the soldering process.
Usage:
- Easy Print solder paste is the ideal solution for SMD applications, ensuring precise, efficient and durable connections.
- Thanks to the high print speed and fidelity of detail reproduction, the paste is ideal for printing stencils that are laser cut or electroformatted.
- Easy Print Sn62 Pb36 Ag2 paste is suitable for all types of reflow soldering in both normal and nitrogen atmospheres.
