WIKO Chain Spray with MoS2 400 ml is a synthetic transparent adhesive lubricant designed for the long-term lubrication of internal and external surfaces of heavily loaded chains and steel wire ropes.
The product combines good penetration properties with lasting adhesion to lubricated components. It reaches narrow gaps and difficult-to-access areas of the mechanism, displaces moisture and provides protection against corrosion. Its service temperature range from -35°C to +200°C makes it suitable for many machines, industrial equipment and transport mechanisms.
Applications of WIKO Chain Spray
The product is intended for lubricating various types of chains, joints, couplings and steel wire ropes. It can also be used on gear wheels, worm gears, rolling and ball bearings as well as O-rings.
It is particularly suitable for industrial maintenance, machine servicing and workshops as well as applications where mechanical components are exposed to high loads, moisture, lubricant washout and the risk of corrosion.

Remove old lubricant residues and other contamination before application. Shake the aerosol can thoroughly. Spray the surfaces or gaps evenly from a distance of approximately 20 cm.
Allow the product to penetrate the mechanism and evaporate. Repeat the application if necessary. The mechanism may be operated approximately 10 minutes after application and evaporation of the product.
