Description

The DuoXpand 10 × 180 T frame fixing, made of electro-galvanized steel, is a reliable solution for multiple non-structural fixings in concrete and masonry. The special lamella geometry and two embedment depths enable safe installation even near edges and a wide range of uses.

  • Base materials (per ETA): concrete ≥ C12/15, solid brick, sand-lime blocks (solid and hollow), aerated and lightweight concrete, hollow clay masonry; also suitable for dense natural stone and solid gypsum panels.
  • Installation: through-installation; even load distribution in solid materials and shape-forming anchorage in hollow blocks.

Store in the original sealed packaging, dry, at 5–25 °C. Protect from moisture, aggressive fumes and prolonged UV exposure. Avoid storing directly on the floor.

10 mm; minimum hole depth 190 mm.

2) Suitable base materials?
Concrete, sand-lime, hollow clay, aerated concrete and typical masonry – see ETA-21/0324.

3) What does the “T” version mean?
It includes a countersunk head screw for a flush, aesthetic finish.

4) Can I fix near edges?
Yes. Gentle lamella expansion and selectable embedment depths allow edge-proximity installation (per ETA).
