Molykote G-Rapid Plus
Molykote G-Rapid Plus is a lubricating paste with an extremely low coefficient of friction, intended for the assembly and running-in of metal parts. This product is characterized by high pressure absorption capacity and excellent protection against wear and corrosion, making it ideal for industrial applications requiring long-term lubrication in difficult conditions.
Application
- Machine manufacturing by press-fitting various machine elements
- Current lubrication of new machines and gears for running-in
- Continuous lubrication of machine elements that perform small or intermittent movements
- Used in operations such as drilling, sawing and thread cutting
- Lubrication of spindles, splined shafts, gears, worm gears, feed screws, machine guides, ball and roller bearings, pulleys, wheel rims and screws

Storage and use recommendations
- Store at temperatures between 0°C and 40°C in originally sealed containers
- Shelf life is 60 months from the date of production
- The surfaces of the components to be lubricated must be thoroughly cleaned before application
- Avoid mixing with other greases or oils, so as not to change the properties of the product

Before using the product, read the Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). The product should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and occupational health and safety regulations. During application, use appropriate personal protective equipment to avoid contact with eyes and skin.
