Properties
Teroson PU 9500 is a component two-component polyurethane foam that extinguishes noise with a density of 35 kg/m³. This product is intended in particular for closed profiles, thresholds, frames and posts A-, B- and C. In addition to tight filling of cavities, it does not require humidification during use and is perfectly suitable for re-fixing soundproof elements.
Teroson PU 9500 foam does not spread fire and significantly reduces noise, vibration and NVH shock. The tightness of the product itself also applies to water and dust, which additionally speaks in favor of using this particular remedy. The expansion volume of the foam itself reaches up to 100%, and its shear strength after 1 day is 7 N/cm². Teroson PU 9500 Foam, available in an aerosol can, will perfectly fill all kinds of cavities in the room, while blocking the flow of noise.

Use
Filling cavities and blocking the flow of noise into the room. An additional application is the assembly of soundproof elements.
Instructions for use
- It is recommended to treat the surface in advance with TEROSON® VR 10 remover, which will result in the best results.
- Shake the container 20 times before use.
- Apply the agent to the previously prepared surface.
In the process of using foam, it is worth equipping yourself with protective glasses, as well as clothing that protects against direct contact with foam.
Storage
Store in dry conditions at a temperature of 15ºC to 25ºC. Frost, as well as heating and direct sunlight adversely affects the foam, which may result in its irreversible damage. Contact with strong oxidizing agents, as well as with water, alcohol and amines, should also be avoided.
