WEICON Threadlocking Varnish 30 g yellow, thread-sealing marking varnish, fast-drying, non-conductive, fuel and oil resistant
Description
WEICON Threadlocking Varnish 30 g yellow is a fast-drying, solvent-based marking varnish for securing screw joints and adjustment elements. The threadlocking varnish is non-conductive, adheres well to many substrates and protects against tampering, corrosion and external influences.
Benefits and key features
- Quick drying and easy brush-cap application
- Non-conductive – safe for electrical components
- High resistance to water, fuels, oils and diluted acids/alkalis
- Tamper-evident “seal” – quality control and traceable interference
- Yellow colour (RAL 1021) – clear, high-contrast identification
- Removable coating – enables service and reassembly
Properties and applications
- Tamper control: sealing screws, potentiometers, nuts and settings – visible evidence of movement.
- Corrosion protection: protective film limits moisture and dirt impact.
- Electrical: non-conductive coating on live components.
- Industrial duty: resistant to fuels, gasoline, mineral/paraffinic oils and diluted acids/alkalis.
- Quality inspection: fast verification after assembly and during service.
