WIKO 02K43 is a one-component medium-strength anaerobic adhesive designed for locking and sealing metallic threaded connections. The product cures when air is excluded between mating metal surfaces and forms a durable joint resistant to vibration and self-loosening.
Its medium strength provides reliable locking of screws nuts bolts and other threaded components while allowing subsequent disassembly with standard hand tools when servicing is required.

Application
Remove heavy contamination before application and clean and degrease the surfaces where required. Apply the adhesive to the thread and assemble the connection immediately.
Curing begins when air is excluded and the adhesive is confined between metallic surfaces.
Disassembly
WIKO 02K43 provides medium-strength locking and is intended for connections that may require future maintenance. Cured connections can normally be dismantled using standard hand tools.
Storage
Store tightly closed in a cool dry place. For the classic 02K43 formulation the manufacturer specifies a shelf life of approximately 12 months under recommended storage conditions around +23°C.
