AG TermoPasty Universal Developer for Photoresists and Positive PCBs 110 g – NaOH-free
Description
AG TermoPasty AGT-326: developer for photoresists and positive PCBs 110 g – NaOH-free
Powder developer for precise processing of positive photoresists and printed circuit boards (PCBs). The NaOH-free formula makes process control easier and helps achieve sharp, clean edges without undercutting. For professional use.
Applications
Developing light-sensitive layers on PCBs and in photolithography and electronics prototyping processes.
Solution preparation and use
Pour 110 g of powder into approx. 2 L of water (permissible 1.5–2.5 L). Mix at approx. 50 °C until fully dissolved, then cool to room temperature. Develop for 30–60 s (max. 2 min), then rinse thoroughly with water.

FAQ
Positive UV PCB developer – is this product suitable?
Yes. This developer is intended for positive photoresists on PCBs after UV exposure (positive process).
PCB developer 110 g – how many litres should I dilute it to?
Typically 110 g to approx. 2 L of water (acceptable range 1.5–2.5 L). Dissolve at ~50 °C and use after cooling.
Positive developer – what is the development time?
Usually 30–60 s; do not exceed 2 minutes to avoid edge loss.
NaOH-free developer – how is it different from NaOH-based?
It is gentler to materials and operators while maintaining effective development; it is still corrosive – use appropriate PPE as per the SDS.
Developer solution – at what temperature should I prepare it?
About 50 °C to dissolve the powder; use after cooling to room temperature.
Pale/underdeveloped image – how can I improve the result?
Check UV exposure, slightly extend development time or slightly increase concentration after tests on scrap material. Avoid times > 2 min.
Can the prepared developer solution be stored?
The manufacturer does not declare a shelf life for the working solution; prepare fresh portions, store briefly in a closed container and dispose of according to regulations.
Disposal of developer solution – how to do it safely?
Follow local regulations and the SDS guidance; do not pour into the sewage system.
