Description

Kluber Summit DSL 100 is an innovative lubricating oil intended primarily for pneumatic compressors. Created on the basis of synthetic ester oil with the addition of specialized ingredients, it guarantees not only optimal lubricity, but also compatibility with other mineral and synthetic oils. The oil is a versatile solution for people looking for a reliable oil for pneumatic compressors. It is characterized by high efficiency, economy and environmental friendliness.

Properties:

Long oil change intervals and the ease of switching from mineral to synthetic oil allow for cost reduction.
Ester ingredients help keep the oil clean and effectively release dirt.
The oil is biodegradable, making it suitable for use in ecologically sensitive areas.
Minimization of oxidation deposits, which translates into longer filter life and reduced production costs.

Application:

Ideal for screw, piston and turbine compressors.
Safe for all standard compressor seals.
Can be used in compressors used after adaptation from previous mineral oil lubrication.

How to use:

Select the appropriate oil viscosity according to the compressor manufacturer's recommendations.
Remove completely used oil (preferably warm) from the lubrication system during replacement.
When changing the oil, all oil filters and separators should also be replaced.
If replacing with mineral oil, clean the compressor thoroughly with cleaning products to remove any oxidation deposits.
After replacement and cleaning, you can fill the system with new Klüber Summit DSL 100 oil.
