Kluberspeed BF 72-23 is an advanced grease that has been precisely formulated to meet the demands of spindles and bearings operating under extreme conditions such as extremely high speeds and temperatures. Based on synthetic ester oil and polyurea thickener, it offers exceptional performance and durability in various mounting configurations.
Properties:
- Highly adaptable to various mounting positions: horizontal, vertical or inclined, making it ideal for most standard machine tools.
- Excellent resistance to extreme rotational speeds, ensuring long service life of rolling bearings operating with steel/steel or steel/ceramics friction pairs.
- The grease remains homogeneous and stable over a wide temperature range, from -50°C to 120°C.
Application:
- Recommended primarily for spindles in milling machines, grinders, drills and lathes that operate at very high speeds.
- It can also be used in other high-speed bearings that can be found in power tools or electric motors.
How to use:
- The grease can be easily applied using standard tools such as trowels and grease guns.
- It is also possible to use it in central lubrication systems or with other specialized dosing devices.
- Changing the color of the grease does not affect its functionality or performance.
