Application Loctite 7458

ACTIVATOR LOCTITE® 7458 is a single component, solvent based, amine and CFC free surface activator. It is designed to accelerate the curing process of Loctite cyanoacrylate adhesives. The activator is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE. Its advantage is the long shelf life after application. It does not discolor the adhesive.

ACTIVATOR 7458 is used when it is necessary to accelerate the curing of Loctite cyanoacrylate products. This can be done before or after applying the glue. When applied before assembly, it is easy to detect thanks to its fluorescence. Activator 7458 has a long pot life after application. This activator can also be used after the application of cyanoacrylate adhesives to speed up their setting.
