Description

Fischer FPX-M8-I is an internal-thread metal anchor for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), made of electro-galvanised steel. Cone-controlled expansion delivers secure anchoring without hole cleaning, fast installation and high load capacity in AAC slabs and masonry.

Key benefits

Four-direction expansion prevents anchor spin in the hole.
Automatic set check – the hex key releases when optimal expansion is reached.
Use in cracked and uncracked AAC; reaction to fire class A1.
Electro-galvanised finish for dry indoor conditions.

Properties & applications

Base materials: AAC slabs and masonry.
Typical uses: suspended ceilings, cable trays, ducts, handrails, TV brackets, kitchen cabinets, stand-off fixings.
Installation: drill Ø10 mm; effective embedment 70 mm; setting torque up to 3 Nm. Hole cleaning typically not required.
